Job Summary: Support the organization and logistics of training sessions, EHS document management, and internal communication, contributing to impacting the lives of millions of people. Responsibilities: * Support the organization and logistics of training sessions (in-person and online); * Monitor attendance records, evaluations, and certificate issuance; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems related to the learning pathway; * Assist in managing EHS department documents, especially mandatory Safety training records; * Support internal communication regarding training sessions, campaigns, and development initiatives; * Contribute to organizing files, folders, records, and evidence; * Support other administrative routines within the T&D and EHS departments. **About Us** You’re already familiar with our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
