




**Company Description** We are a consulting firm offering Human Resources and Payroll solutions, with the purpose of developing people, encouraging them, and helping them experience new attitudes, ideas, and concepts that improve their habits and behaviors, enabling them to become more effective in what they do. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate store operational routines (opening, closing, organization). * Lead and supervise the sales, cashier, inventory, and support teams. * Ensure customer service standards. * Monitor store goals, KPIs, and results. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development processes. * Ensure inventory organization, product display, and store layout. * Analyze market, competition, and opportunities. * Plan short-, medium-, and long-term commercial actions. * Make results-oriented decisions. * Communicate objectives, goals, and strategies clearly. * Negotiate with strategic customers and partners. * Influence and lead complex negotiations. * Monitor sales and performance indicators. * Analyze commercial reports and data. * Track revenue, margin, average transaction value, and conversion rate. * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers. * Act on customer loyalty and retention. * Ensure a positive customer experience. **Requirements:** * Experience in store coordination or management (retail). * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management or Business Administration. * Experience leading teams. * Basic knowledge of commercial and operational processes. * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills. * Decision-making ability and conflict management skills. * Skills in negotiation, sales, and day-to-day results management. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor). * **Compensation:** R$8,000 + PLR. * **Work Location:** Lauro de Freitas.
