Description

Job Summary: Protect assets and personnel safety by detecting and preventing crimes, ensuring the integrity of the physical environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control vehicle and visitor entry and exit 2. Conduct preventive patrols on the premises 3. Report incidents to prevent losses Guard, secure, and protect assets by identifying any potential criminal attempts to maintain and ensure the integrity of the physical environment and personnel within the assigned facility. * Whenever necessary, notify the reception desk of supplier, third-party, and visitor arrivals via internal extension or WhatsApp to authorize or deny their access to company areas; * Control authorized vehicle entry and exit by monitoring security cameras and completing the access log sheet to track permitted entries; * Conduct foot patrols on the premises between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM at regular intervals throughout the work shift to prevent fraud; * Immediately alert the direct supervisor and/or the third-party responsible for camera monitoring upon detecting any attempted theft or damage to assets to avoid direct and indirect losses to the company.
