In this position, your responsibilities and duties will include: * Monitor area performance indicators in real time * Direct the technical team according to emergency demands * Schedule technicians under your responsibility * Oversee execution of activities within the area and scheduled shutdowns * Ensure quality of work execution * Define area cost requirements, negotiate expense strategies, and assess capital expenditures (CAPEX) * Team management: manage attendance, vacations, leaves of absence, provide feedback, develop training plans, hold direct communication sessions with the team, and conduct monthly results meetings * Participate in and contribute to Gemba treatment planning meetings **About Us** You may already be familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, and Plenitud®.
