Assist in kitchen maintenance, organization, and cleaning The Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring an **Industrial Kitchen Assistant**: The **Industrial Kitchen Assistant** is responsible for supporting the chef in food preparation, cooking, and dish finishing, following strict hygiene and food safety standards at the Institution’s unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in all necessary food preparations. * Operate kitchen equipment and utensils, such as blenders, industrial stoves, etc. * Participate in food pre\-preparation (monitor cooking, adjust seasonings) * Strictly follow hygiene and food safety standards throughout the entire production process. * Assist in kitchen maintenance, organization, and cleaning. * Properly dispose of food waste, following hygiene and safety standards. * Perform other food production-related tasks as directed by the chef. * Use of PPE. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school; **Preferred experience:** In kitchens, as a kitchen assistant; * Basic knowledge of food cutting, cooking, and seasoning. * Knowledge and practice of good hygiene practices to ensure food safety. * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner to meet production demands. **Additional Information** * Workload: **220 hours per month** * Schedule: **8:00 AM to 5:48 PM** * Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On\-site meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan \- after confirmation; * Dental plan \- after confirmation; * SESC partnership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities \- Wellhub; * Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses and universities; * Training and capacity\-building program.
