Objective: Complete production tasks on schedule with guaranteed safety, quality, and quantity; reduce costs; increase production capacity and efficiency; improve the final product inspection quality index; achieve increased customer satisfaction through innovation and continuous process improvement. Safety Execution: Strictly follow safety requirements, including regulatory training, specific certifications if applicable, and appropriate technical knowledge. Must use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), follow standard operating procedures, keep work areas organized and properly marked, and ensure effective communication and coordination with the team. Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, participate in audits and inspections, understand emergency procedures, and immediately report incidents. Must participate in occupational health, safety, and environmental programs, as well as conduct regular inspections and preventive equipment checks to avoid failures and accidents, thereby promoting a safe and efficient workplace. Quality Execution: Correctly implement quality requirements and standards; be capable of accurately assessing the quality status of produced goods; practice self-inspection and mutual inspection; ensure quality control and process documentation during production; and guarantee product quality compliance. Production Execution: Assist the team leader in completing daily production tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity; provide timely feedback; resolve any abnormal issues arising during production; and ensure smooth completion of the team's production tasks. Process Execution: Correctly understand and proficiently master process requirements for assembly at designated positions, and strictly adhere to product requirements. Cost Savings: Achieve cost reduction through improved efficiency, error elimination, lean manufacturing, and conservation of water and electricity. Equipment Maintenance: Familiar with the performance, operating procedures, and basic maintenance methods of production equipment, accessories, and tools; perform daily inspections and routine basic maintenance. Minimum Requirements: Education / School Level: Technical course in Electrotechnology, Automation, or Mechatronics. Experience: Preferred operational skills in manufacturing processes and professional technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical manufacturing; Preferred knowledge of NR-10 (Regulatory Standard 10) In-depth understanding of NR-10 guidelines, which regulate safety in electrical installations and services in Brazil. Skills: Understand and master the usage methods of manual, electric, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools, as well as measuring instruments; Master basic assembly process skills; proficiently read and interpret drawings, electrical diagrams, and process technical documents.
