We currently have an opening for an **Apprentice Youth** at the Cocos Nursery, located at **Santa Colomba Farm**. This position is designed for young individuals eager to begin their professional careers by gaining practical experience in nursery operations—supporting organization, plantling care, and daily tasks.

* Participate in theoretical and practical classes of the apprenticeship program.
* Support nursery operations, assisting with planting, irrigation, organization, and plant care.
* Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness.
* Follow team instructions and comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
* Demonstrate eagerness to learn and collaborate with area routines.

* **Minimum age:** 18 years old.
* **Education:** Currently enrolled in or having completed high school.
* **Experience:** No prior professional experience required.
* Interest in learning and professional development.

* Willingness to acquire new knowledge and grow alongside the company.
* Availability to attend theoretical and practical classes of the apprenticeship program.
