Build and/or renovate civil works, examining area projects and their specifications, preparing materials and measuring quantities, laying foundations, setting bricks, concrete, tiles, stones, plastering, among others, as well as performing finishing services (floor installation, tiles, sinks, toilets, plaster application, etc.) and corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks and similar structures, carrying out electrical repairs on outlets, lights, showers and equivalent structures; general maintenance in pump houses regarding electrical, hydraulic and civil aspects. Always aiming to meet area demands with quality and precision, as well as ensuring the preservation of company properties. **Responsibilities and duties** * Examine the project and specifications of the works to be carried out and/or repaired, in order to guide material selection for requested services. * Provide technical support in purchasing construction materials, suggesting them to the immediate supervisor according to construction or renovation project specifications, aiming to contribute to cost optimization and final service quality. * Control the use of construction materials, guiding the team to avoid waste and ensure adequate quantities for performed services. * Build and/or renovate civil works, preparing materials and measuring quantities, laying foundations, setting bricks, concrete, tiles, stones, plastering, among others, as well as performing finishing services (floor installation, tiles, sinks, toilets, plaster application, etc.), according to civil construction project designs, aiming to fulfill them with quality and precision. * Perform simple repairs on electrical panels, showers, outlets, lights and/or similar structures. * Perform corrective maintenance services on buildings, sidewalks and similar structures, repairing walls and floors, applying plaster, replacing roof tiles, sanitary fixtures and other accessories, aiming to ensure the preservation of company properties. * Carry out and assist maintenance teams in pump houses generally, performing all types of hydraulic, electrical and civil repairs. * Fill out the area's daily report, identifying work shift start and end times, as well as activities performed, aiming to control daily scheduling. * Perform daily checklists of machines and equipment used, verifying their conditions and reporting any failures to the immediate supervisor, to ensure proper area operation. * Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the area, removing waste and disposing of materials appropriately, aiming to maintain the workplace under suitable conditions for daily activities.
