





Description: * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active registration with the professional council; * Interest in working in the hospital setting; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Conduct clinical and functional assessments of swallowing (dysphagia), voice, and communication in inpatients and outpatients. * Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor their implementation. * Apply therapeutic techniques and exercises aimed at speech-language rehabilitation, focusing on safe swallowing and effective communication. * Provide guidance to patients, family members, and caregivers regarding feeding care and communicative strategies. * Collaborate integrally with the multidisciplinary team in defining clinical management strategies, including participation in clinical rounds and case discussions. * Recommend and assist in the use of compensatory strategies and/or devices when necessary (e.g., dietary modifications, alternative communication). * Contribute to the prevention of respiratory complications secondary to oropharyngeal aspiration. * Document patient progress clearly and objectively in physical or electronic medical records. * Participate in the development of institutional clinical protocols and care pathways. 251212020250700748
