We are seeking a **MAITRE** to coordinate the guest service team, ensure service excellence, and deliver a unique experience to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Welcome guests and provide them with a personalized and memorable experience at the Resort; * Coordinate and supervise the restaurant service team, ensuring service excellence and attention to detail; * Organize staff schedules, training sessions, and guide the team on the Resort’s quality standards; * Plan and oversee mise en place and operational flow during service periods; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards; * Assist in menu development and enhancing the gastronomic experience offered to guests; * Serve as a role model for conduct, service, and professionalism for the team. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Maitre or in similar positions. * Knowledge of customer service techniques. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Leadership ability and teamwork skills. * A degree in Gastronomy or Hospitality is desirable.
