In this Integrated Management Systems Specialist role, you will ensure the effectiveness and compliance of occupational health and safety management systems, fostering a safe and healthy environment for all employees, aligned with legal requirements and international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Disseminate corporate guidelines, programs, standards, and global company policies; * Manage and support compliance with legal requirements through the SOGI system; * Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in accordance with ISO 45001; * Monitor safety performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and review safety procedures, work instructions, and safety policies; * Coordinate training sessions and safety awareness campaigns; * Investigate incidents and accidents and propose mitigation measures. **About Us** You already know our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®.
