In this Integrated Management Systems Specialist role, you will ensure the effectiveness and compliance of occupational health and safety management systems, fostering a safe and healthy environment for all employees, aligned with legal requirements and international standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Disseminate corporate guidelines, programs, standards, and global company policies; * Manage and support compliance with legal requirements through the SOGI system; * Implement, maintain, and continually improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in accordance with ISO 45001; * Monitor safety performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and review safety procedures, work instructions, and safety policies; * Coordinate training sessions and safety awareness campaigns; * Investigate incidents and accidents and propose mitigation measures. **About Us** You already know our brands: Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®. To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications: * Engineering degree (preferably mechanical or electrical), with postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety; * Proven experience with management systems (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001); * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and labor legislation; * Skills in risk analysis and non-conformance management; * Proficiency in auditing tools and continuous improvement methodologies; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred, plus proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and management software. **Total Rewards** Here are just a few of the benefits you’ll enjoy working in this role at Kimberly-Clark.
