Responsibilities: * Conduct the recruitment and selection cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and test administration; * Maintain up-to-date job management tools and performance reports for selection processes; * Participate in employer branding projects and develop strategies for talent attraction; * Lead training initiatives, including institutional training and onboarding of new employees; * Execute internal communication campaigns, including institutional and thematic ones; Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Prior experience in training and development; * Prior experience in internal marketing; Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Day Off
