Accounting Supervisor

At BYD, we believe in transformation through technology and seek professionals who want to grow alongside a company revolutionizing the automotive and sustainable energy markets. **Responsibilities and duties** * Extensive experience in accounting reports, external audits, foreign exchange variations, Corporate Income Tax (ILPJ); * Income Tax declarations (ECDs/ECFs); * Accounting entries in SAP 4HANA, calculation of the real profit regime, transfer pricing, tax calculations (IPI, ICMS, COFINS, and PIS), and IR/CSLL; * Intercompany reconciliations; * Supervise accounting routines, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation; * Monitor internal and external audits; * Ensure accurate reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Support financial processes and internal controls; * Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting high performance; * Prepare strategic reports to support decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Advanced Excel; * Experience with SAP 4HANA; * Fluent English; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Solid experience in accounting and team leadership; * Knowledge of accounting standards, financial closings, and financial statements; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Preferred experience in manufacturing industry and ERP systems; **Additional information** At BYD, we prioritize our employees' well-being and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
