Collaborate with designers, seamstresses, and other textile professionals to ensure final model fidelity. Stay updated on fashion trends, new pattern-making techniques, and innovations in the apparel manufacturing market. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions for fashion projects. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, ensuring safety and proper functioning of equipment. Follow company-established safety and quality standards to achieve excellence in pattern and template production. Support the training of new professionals in the field by sharing pattern-making and sewing knowledge and experience.
