Description: If you: * Hold a Technical Degree in Accounting and/or Administration; * Have basic knowledge of tax legislation; * Have foundational knowledge of accounting; * Have basic computer literacy; * Are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. The following will be considered advantageous: * Prior experience in this role or as an intern performing related tasks; * Assisting in calculating direct and indirect taxes (e.g., ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS) and preparing tax and contribution payment forms; * Issuing invoices and verifying and recording (input and output) such invoices in the system; * Verifying tax and accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information; * Archiving and organizing documents in accordance with internal policies and current legislation; * Maintaining up-to-date control of tax ledgers and accounting reports; * Assisting in preparing and submitting ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, DIRF, among others; * Assisting in responding to tax inspections and audits by providing requested documents and information; * Keeping senior management informed regarding progress of assigned tasks, identifying solutions to problems encountered, thereby enabling effective activity oversight by management; * Performing other tasks delegated by the area manager; * Respecting the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and government entities, thereby ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2511300202181896158
