**Description:** Assist mechanics, electricians, and workshop supervisors in diagnosing vehicles undergoing service in the workshop, as requested by the technical consultant, workshop supervisor, and service manager, to identify potential defects requiring correction, thereby gaining experience; Assist mechanics in preparing quotations as quickly as possible to avoid delays in their completion, and with precision to prevent supplementary quotations, aiming for quality and customer satisfaction; Utilize all available resources for performing repairs correctly, including technical literature, electronic parts catalogs, standard repair times, technical assistance bulletins, and appropriate tools; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as all tools under one’s responsibility; Clean all parts used in warranty service orders for delivery to the warranty department in their original packaging; Perform other related duties as assigned by one’s immediate supervisor.
