**Position: Fleet PCM Analyst \- Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA** \#1077 **Responsibilities:** Request parts and perform controls; Analyze inventory balances; Control tire rotation frequency, oil and lubricant changes, and refueling; Supervise teams and logistics operations; Distribute tasks, control workflows and deadlines; Ensure legal compliance and quality in operations; Manage documents and interact with partners and customers; Monitor performance indicators; Propose continuous process improvements. **Requirements:** Knowledge of logistics management and inventory control systems; Proven experience in Agribusiness logistics, preferably with grains; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields; Leadership and decision-making skills; Availability to work at a company located in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA.
