Administration of traffic fines, accidents, fueling, and insurance **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Light Vehicle Fleet Analyst is responsible for the operational and administrative management of all the company's light vehicles, ensuring their availability, safety, document compliance, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include controlling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; managing drivers and authorized operators; monitoring expenses, contracts, and suppliers; and administering traffic fines, accidents, fueling, insurance, and vehicle tracking. Maintenance Management: Request and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the light vehicle fleet. Track service orders, deadlines, costs, and service quality. Monitor replaced parts, mandatory inspections, vehicle washes, and other services. 2\. Fleet Registration and Administration: Register new vehicles and maintain continuous system updates. Maintain records of drivers, authorized operators, and general information. Issue responsibility agreements and vehicle usage terms. 3\. Document Control: Manage vehicle documentation: licensing, insurance, contracts, traffic fines, and proof of payment. Monitor expiration dates and ensure legal compliance. Control documents related to financing, vehicle leasing, and consortiums. 4\. Fleet Operational Management: Implement and monitor monthly checklists and mandatory routines. Track kilometers driven, average fuel consumption, and performance indicators. Monitor GPS trackers, toll tags, SAT devices, and other platforms in use. Record loading locations and driver updates. 5\. Traffic Fine and Accident Management: Receive, analyze, and track traffic fines. Identify the responsible driver, issue notifications, and monitor deadlines. Record and follow up on accidents, insurance claims, and repair procedures. 6\. Fueling and Fuel Card Management: Administer fuel cards, including card issuance, blocking, and usage control. Validate invoices, average consumption, and balance requests. Manage refueling operations, discrepancies, and internal audits. 7\. Fleet Financial Management: Monitor overall expenses: maintenance, fuel, parts, vehicle washes, and services. Prepare and verify invoices. Control costs related to tires, vehicle wraps, contracts, and debt obligations. 8\. Tire Management: Monitor tire lifecycle, replacements, pressure checks, and maintenance. Record history and track wear indicators. 9\. Supplier and Commercial Relationship Management: Maintain alignment with service and parts suppliers. Negotiate commercial terms, delivery timelines, contracts, and service quality. 10\. Administrative Routines: Update internal fleet-related platforms and systems. Generate reports, analyses, and performance indicators. Conduct periodic audits and ensure process standardization.
