Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality We seek a professional to coordinate, together with the Project Management Office (PMO) team, a program involving multiple concurrently executed projects. The position will be located at the client's site in Bahia. Projects cover contaminated site management, including preliminary assessments, investigations, remediation/recovery, and monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client requirements are met within the scope of the program, leading multidisciplinary teams and guaranteeing organization, standardization, and predictability in execution. Compliance with schedules, budgets, scope, and quality standards of deliverables is expected, along with adoption and dissemination of management processes aligned with Worley’s defined standards. The candidate will act as a liaison among subcontracted teams, program management, stakeholders, and the client, facilitating communication, aligning expectations, and supporting decision-making to ensure consistent delivery of results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology * Proven experience in contaminated site management * Proven experience in project management **Qualifications:** * Knowledge of agile methodologies or project management frameworks (practical application, not theoretical) * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency **Desirable:** * PMP certification * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.) **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordination, Planning, and Execution: Define scope, objectives, schedules, and technical targets. Coordinate physical\-financial planning of projects, ensuring alignment with scope and safety and quality guidelines. Manage costs, timelines, and performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Administer contracts, evaluate claims, and support negotiation processes. * Integration: Integrate supplier teams, client teams, and Worley teams, promoting high performance and technical alignment. * Resource Management: Assign tasks and coordinate the team. * Change Management: Control changes, risks, and opportunities, ensuring compliance with project governance. * Monitoring: Track progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Communication: Serve as the focal point between stakeholders, clients, and teams, and lead meetings. * Management Reporting: Prepare management reports and presentations for stakeholders. Coordinate technical requisitions, opinions, and proposal analyses. * Technical Reporting: Review third-party technical reports, providing relevant comments while maintaining alignment with executed work and pertinent interpretations.
