Track targets and support the development of financial projections (forecast). Monitor departmental expenses, analyze variances, and identify optimization opportunities. Assist in monthly accounting closing activities, ensuring data accuracy. Provide information, reports, and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Support KPI management and profitability analysis.
