We are seeking a **Planning Head** to oversee suppliers, contractual management, and delivery control in large-scale industrial projects. **Responsibilities and duties** Lead planning governance (rituals, cadence). Conduct weekly/monthly meetings. Deliver executive presentations (to management/client). Ensure cross-disciplinary integration. Manage schedule-related risks. Make decisions regarding deviations. Align the plan with strategic objectives. Manage stakeholders. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Experience leading teams. Proficiency in scheduling using Primavera and MS Project. Experience in civil construction / electromechanical works and refinery projects. Experience managing planning and measurement teams.
