The main responsibilities of an ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – AUTOMATION OF MECHANICAL SYSTEMS – MECHANISMS AND MACHINE DYNAMICS – ARACAJU – ESTÁCIO are: * Serving as the primary agent for implementing our institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process, delivering the full course syllabus and the scheduled number of classes, and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilizing available teaching materials and encouraging students to consult bibliographic resources—such as textbooks and journals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Adhering to deadlines established in the academic calendar and fulfilling requests from the respective course coordinator; * Recording, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, class content, academic assessment results, and other information related to curricular components within the timeframe defined by the academic calendar; * Contributing to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Examination (ENADE); * Advising students on their final course projects; * Employing active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model to deliver instruction. 2512080202191910248
