Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are seeking a Data Analyst responsible for supporting management in the company's PPCPE processes, such as: Developing and monitoring the Master Production Plan; monitoring and planning input and raw material requirements; scheduling shipments together with Logistics and Bomix Log; and supporting area management in audit activities, continuous improvement, and monitoring and development of KPIs. **Main Responsibilities** * Create and monitor departmental KPIs related to Service Level, inputs, raw materials, order dating, billing, inventory, shipment, and NCs (Non-Conformities). * Review the sector's KPI database whenever necessary and support staff in data administration. * Prepare the Master Production Plan aiming to meet organizational objectives, and assist the department manager with strategies aligned with senior management. * Interact with the commercial area to obtain information that helps improve production scheduling, seeking setup reduction, campaign optimization (agglomeration), and waste reduction. * Prepare daily production scheduling by analyzing customer orders, deadlines, and specifications, aiming to fulfill customer requests. * Analyze weekly production planning together with the manager for decision-making with senior management and other involved areas (Commercial, Maintenance, Production, and Logistics). * Analyze inventory levels and plan raw material and input requirements to meet the production plan, always complying with corporate guidelines regarding inventory levels and inventory counts. * Monitor production productivity by comparing scheduled task execution time against actual progress, identifying the need for overtime activities to ensure planned scheduling outcomes are achieved; **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL * Specific Knowledge: PDCA, Ishikawa, flowcharts **Additional Information** * Work Location: Simões Filho * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working Hours: 44 hours per week * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Industrial/Production Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Chartered Transportation * Meals at the company cafeteria * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing * Attendance Bonus
