Promote continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction ▶ We are seeking a Store Coordinator to oversee parts and service sales, ensuring revenue, margin, deadlines, and profitability targets are met while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Develop and train the team, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct monthly feedback sessions, promote continuous improvement, and perform other duties relevant to the role. ▶ Requirements: Knowledge of irrigation parts and systems; Experience in sales management and team leadership; Ability to interpret performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement strategies; Experience in customer service; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. ▶ We Offer: Competitive salary + Meal allowance R$616.00 + Life insurance + TotalPass.
