Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability ▶ We are seeking a Store Coordinator to oversee parts and service sales, ensuring revenue targets, margin, deadlines, and profitability, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Develop and train the team, monitor performance indicators, conduct monthly feedback sessions, and promote continuous improvement, among other duties relevant to the role. ▶ Requirements: Knowledge of irrigation parts and systems; Experience in sales management and team leadership; Ability to interpret performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement strategies; Experience in customer service; Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. ▶ We Offer: Competitive salary + Meal allowance R$616.00 + Life insurance + TotalPass.
