Ensure customer satisfaction ▶ We are looking for a Store Coordinator to coordinate parts and service sales, ensuring revenue, margin, deadline, and profitability targets while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Develop and train the team by monitoring performance indicators, conducting monthly feedback sessions, and promoting continuous improvement, among other duties relevant to the role. ▶ Requirements: Knowledge of irrigation parts and systems; Experience in sales management and team leadership; Ability to interpret performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement strategies; Experience in customer service; Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. ▶ We offer**:** Competitive salary \+ Meal allowance R$616.00 \+ life insurance.
