So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities: * Perform continuous improvement tasks on machines, assessing needs for part enhancements or feasible adaptations, analyzing optimal innovation methods, creating drawings and sketches, and submitting them to supervisors for approval, aiming to ensure improved machine performance; * Install manufactured parts onto machines, performing assembly work, conducting manual and automatic tests with the operator, making necessary adjustments and calibrations to verify the durability and operational functionality of the installed parts; * Carry out preventive maintenance and machine alignment according to maintenance instructions and plans, evaluating the need for part/component/accessory replacement, repair, or adjustment, requesting materials from warehouse or workshop, performing required interventions and operational tests to ensure full machine functionality without risk of corrective measures during production; * Perform welding operations, reviewing service orders and/or radio calls, inspecting areas requiring repair, obtaining site clearance through firefighter authorization as required, cutting damaged sections and replacing them using oxyacetylene or electrode welding as appropriate, grinding, sanding, and removing residues to restore damaged parts and ensure weld quality; * Lubricate parts, components, and accessories of industrial machines, carefully selecting proper lubricants, correct quantities, and application methods based on preventive actions specified in maintenance plans or corrective interventions, ensuring proper equipment lifespan and functional reliability; Qualifications: **Minimum Experience:** 3 years working in the field. **Education:** Technical high school degree specialized in mechatronics or related fields such as industrial automation, robotics, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or maintenance technician, followed by specialization in the Bridgestone/SENAI mechatronics course. **Additional Courses/Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic technical drawings / Material application / Welding processes / Lubrication processes / Hydraulics and pneumatics.
