Check out the opportunity we’re offering now:** **Technical Support Technician** Type of opportunity: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract); Work model: On-site, indefinite term; Salvador, Bahia; * Monday to Friday | Business hours. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops, including component replacement and installation. Execute formatting, installation, and configuration of operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support, logging and updating all service tickets in internal systems. Conduct post-repair testing, prepare technical reports, and carry out visits according to schedule or emergency requirements. Manage the withdrawal and return of parts at the client’s distribution center, adhering strictly to the maximum timeframe of four consecutive days, without allowing item accumulation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Knowledge of IT equipment and peripherals in general, including computers, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, POS solutions, and videoconferencing systems. Also covering commercial automation equipment, connectivity infrastructure, and operational support devices.
