Job Summary: Work as a Field Support Technician, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support, performing software, hardware, and printer maintenance, and creating system images. Key Highlights: 1. Level 1 and Level 2 support for operating systems and networks 2. Software, hardware, and printer maintenance and installation 3.
