




Job Summary: Professional to provide basic IT technical assistance, including user support, hardware and software maintenance, and equipment organization. Key Highlights: 1. Provide basic assistance to employees. Identify simple issues with cables and connections. Assist with basic computer and software maintenance. Support technical assistance across the IT infrastructure. Organize IT equipment and environment. Follow the department's activity schedule. Respond to user support requests (in person, by phone, e\-mail, or ticketing system), documenting incidents. Provide basic hardware and software support (installation, configuration, and updating of authorized programs). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals under supervision. Assist with installation and configuration of computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment. Support OS formatting, logical cleanup, and reinstallation according to company standards. Verify network functionality (connectivity, cables, network points) and escalate more complex issues to the responsible team. Assist with organizing the IT equipment inventory (labeling, asset registration, movement tracking). Support creation and updating of users in internal systems, e\-mail accounts, and basic permissions, as directed by the IT department. Ensure proper care of IT equipment, cables, accessories, and materials, guiding users on correct usage. Collaborate with the IT team on improvement projects, migrations, or implementation of new systems or equipment.
