Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, organization, standardization, integration of logistics processes, and submission of management reports. Integrate departments for logistical alignment and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Supervise warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency in material storage, control, and distribution processes; * Ensure inventory organization and standardization by utilizing appropriate storage systems and methodologies; * Monitor delivery deadlines and operational targets, tracking performance indicators and reports; * Plan and coordinate departmental activities based on demand analysis and internal requirements; * Train and guide the team on operational procedures and best warehouse practices, promoting continuous improvement; * Conduct periodic audits and inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards; * Collaborate with other company departments to align logistics processes and meet operational needs; * Prepare and present management reports to the immediate supervisor, highlighting results, deviations, and improvement opportunities; * Participate in planning and continuous improvement meetings, contributing suggestions for process optimization and cost reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Technical School. * Preferred: Knowledge of material management systems, performance indicators, resource planning, and logistics processes.
