Professional development and continuous improvement of the team **Responsibilities Description** * Coordinate planning teams, assigning tasks and monitoring activity execution to ensure alignment with departmental objectives; * Ensure the quality of plans and schedules by applying established standards, procedures, and quality requirements; * Inspect and validate plans using checklists and verification tools to guarantee accuracy and technical compliance; * Plan and prioritize activities based on operational needs analysis and strategic demands; * Train and develop the team in planning techniques and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and professional enhancement; * Monitor adherence to deadlines, goals, and performance indicators, preparing progress reports and proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Conduct periodic audits and reviews of plans to ensure standardization and information currency; * Collaborate with other company departments for process integration, participating in alignment and strategic planning meetings; * Prepare and present managerial reports to the immediate supervisor, including detailed analyses of results and improvement opportunities; * Actively participate in planning meetings, contributing ideas and solutions aimed at continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education. * Bachelor’s degree in related fields is desirable. * Advanced Excel skills, SAP/R3 system knowledge, and experience with KPI management and planning tools are desirable. * Prior experience in operational or strategic planning, preferably in leadership or supervisory roles. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
