Job Summary: Supervises yard, classification and receiving, and loading sectors, focusing on agility, operational excellence, and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Employee development and training Responsible for supervising truck yard, corn classification and receiving, and ethanol loading sectors. Aims to ensure process agility and goal achievement. Pursues operational excellence across all sectors. Acts as a driver of development for other team members by providing support and training, aiming to standardize processes and ensure delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise the truck yard sector, maximizing yard utilization through queue organization and completion of checklists for various products to be loaded/unloaded; Supervise the industrial corn classification sector, ensuring the process complies with requirements set by competent regulatory agencies in an agile and transparent manner; Supervise the corn processing and storage sector, aiming for efficient corn receiving, optimal preservation of this raw material, and fulfillment of minimum requirements for the milling process; Supervise oil and ethanol storage and loading processes, aiming for efficient storage and loading that comply with quality requirements set by regulatory agencies; Promote team development through individual development plans; Propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency of processes; Seek synergies with related departments for the company’s collective benefit; Perform job duties while complying with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities. Responsible for reporting any activity posing a risk to one’s own health or that of fellow workers to the immediate supervisor; Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through maintaining workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Relevant experience. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
