Conduct food safety, brand standards, and other on-site evaluations at customer locations, assessing workplace safety and cleanliness; Deliver training courses and instruction on food safety and brand standards to customers; Carry out activities that foster high levels of customer satisfaction, including providing accurate reports, maintaining effective communication with customers, and cultivating strong customer relationships; Partner with Ecolab Account Management teams to resolve customer issues and support program development; Maintain professional credentials and stay informed about current government regulations and industry best practices; Complete food safety audits according to required visit frequency (monthly or quarterly) and assess each department’s compliance; Keep dispensing equipment in excellent working condition and install equipment as needed; Meet with store management to provide feedback and conclusions following completion of the store survey/audit and offer recommendations for improvement; Complete required documentation, including proper updating of customer contact records and the territory management system; Plan and execute an efficient daily route to maximize effectiveness and productivity. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements and qualifications Who is this position for?
