Interface among commercial, engineering, and operations departments **Job Description:** Professional responsible for analyzing contractual scopes, decomposing technical and operational deliverables, identifying necessary requirements for execution, and coordinating internal and external suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and technical requirements, with emphasis on pre\-project activities and site inspections. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze contractual scopes and identify technical and operational obligations * Translate contracts into action plans and deliverables * Conduct requirement assessments (resources, personnel, logistics, documentation) * Plan and monitor pre\-project technical site inspections * Engage, contract, and manage internal and external suppliers * Monitor activity execution to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality * Serve as the interface among departments (commercial, engineering, and operations) * Control schedules and delivery statuses **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Electrical, Civil, Production, Structural, or Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in operational management of field activities and projects, including supplier control; * Knowledge of physical planning, scheduling, and field execution monitoring; * Experience in cost management, measurement, and technical service billing; * Experience in analyzing and preparing technical documentation (ARTs, terms, reports, and sitebooks); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and control tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, schedules); * Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
