Job Summary: Prepare and analyze managerial, financial, and accounting reports, monitor budgets, and assist with monthly closing to ensure data integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Support monthly accounting and managerial closing. Analyze costs, expenses, and performance indicators. Ensure the integrity of financial information for decision-making. Support internal and external audits. Contribute to the improvement of processes and internal controls. Work Location: Lauro de Freitas \- BA. Position: Initially temporary, with potential for permanent hiring. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48\. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance, or related areas. * Prior experience in controller or finance-related areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of financial statement analysis. * ERP system knowledge. * Experience with data analysis tools.
