Support for strategic decision-making **We are hiring a Financial Coordinator to work in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, systemic vision, and strong analytical capabilities who can strategically manage financial operations, ensuring control, predictability, and support for leadership decision-making.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities, ensuring timely payments and collections; * Manage cash flow, ensuring proper handling of accounts payable and receivable and financial predictability; * Monitor bank balances, contracts, fees, and interest rates, maintaining continuous relationships with financial institutions; * Track company financing, monitoring maturities, extensions, settlements, interest, and fluctuations; * Prepare and present managerial and analytical reports on financial position, liquidity, and financial costs; * Consolidate financial information and key performance indicators to support leadership’s strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the finance area; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or knowledge of BI tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience coordinating or leading finance teams; * Experience with financial ERP systems and management software; * Experience consolidating financial data across multiple units; * Knowledge of financial KPIs and managerial analysis. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy.
