Job Summary: Machine Operator to work on farms, responsible for operating, maintaining, and transporting products, as well as collaborating in teams and adhering to safety regulations. Transportation of products and machinery checklists **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Hours Per Week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Fixed-Term Contract **Availability to work on farms within a radius of 60 to 100 km from Luís Eduardo Magalhães\| Bahia.** * Operate production machinery following supervisor instructions. * Loader and forklift operator. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning. * Transport products, cotton bales, and other items. * Conduct machinery checklists. * Work in teams, collaborating with coworkers to achieve production targets. * Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations to ensure personal safety and that of other employees. * Perform soil preparation, planting, harvesting, and spraying. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a machine operator. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective machinery maintenance. * Ability to perform tests and adjustments to ensure final product quality. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Birthday Day Off, Profit Sharing Program \- PPR, On-site Meals, Life Insurance
