Evaluate Event Assistants’ performance based on executed events, performance indicators, and achieved outcomes. Conduct individual and group feedback sessions to foster technical and behavioral development of the team. Support the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring cross-departmental alignment. Ensure timely compliance with deadlines, contracts, internal procedures, and established quality standards.
