Currently offering an opportunity to work as a Quality Analyst Become part of GSH Corp! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect blood samples from patients; * Perform immunohematological tests (pre-transfusion tests); * Administer blood components; * Monitor the transfusion process and possible adverse reactions; * Track pending transfusion confirmations; * Guide patients regarding all relevant information, including pre- and post-transfusion care; * Record transfusions and materials in the computerized system; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Hemotherapy or Clinical Analysis, or completed Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * Prior experience in transfusion processes required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems; * Organized profile, professional demeanor, and commitment; **Additional Information** * Workload: 180 hours per month * Shift availability: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance We are the largest specialized network in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy in the country.
