REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Networks/IT is a plus). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer networks. * Familiarity with IP, DNS, routing, and fundamental protocols. * Ability to interpret monitoring alarms and dashboards. * Solid computer literacy. * Knowledge of networking and the internet, diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute...), customer equipment (PPPoE, DHCP, NAT...), TCP/IP, and DNS. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor, analyze, and ensure the continuous operation of the company’s telecommunications or IT networks, systems, and services, acting preventively and remedially to maintain stable operations and minimize downtime.
