**Job Description** We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Analyst to provide support, monitoring, and maintenance for the company’s network infrastructure. The professional will assist in incident resolution, monitor equipment performance, and support internal teams to ensure service availability, security, and stability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor network resources—including firewalls, switches, routers, controllers, and access points—for the corporate office and refinery environments already deployed, in accordance with the equipment baseline tables; * Coordinate and follow up with vendors under active maintenance contracts (e.g., Fortinet, HP, Palo Alto, Cisco, or any other vendor) for resolution of issues affecting network equipment covered by such contracts; * Support monthly inventory control and reporting of network assets; * Support process improvement assessments; * Document performed procedures; * Support configuration and/or adjustment of existing VPNs between the refinery and office, and the Azure cloud environment; * Support firewall administration, including creation and adjustment of firewall rules per environment requirements and established governance, and in compliance with security guidelines provided by REFMAT; * Assist in decisions related to operations, governance, and processes; * Support implementation of improvements (IMACs) to optimize operations and reduce incidents, subject to formal approval by REFMAT. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and routing protocols. Familiarity with switch and router configuration (Cisco, HP, MikroTik, or similar). * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, etc.). Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and organizational skills for handling tickets and interacting with users. **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience in technical support or NOC. * Experience working in data center or cloud networking environments. * Certifications or courses such as **CCNA**, **NSE1/2/3**, **HCIA**, or equivalents. * Basic knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall, etc.).
