**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, and routing protocols. Familiarity with switch and router configuration (Cisco, HP, MikroTik, or similar).
* Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, etc.). Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and organizational skills for handling tickets and interacting with users.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Prior experience in technical support or NOC.
* Experience working in data center or cloud networking environments.
* Certifications or courses such as **CCNA**, **NSE1/2/3**, **HCIA**, or equivalents.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform maintenance on systems and applications;
* Update graphical and textual information, as well as system and application documentation;
* Provide technical support;
* Monitor system and application performance and efficiency;
* Deploy systems and applications;
* Install software programs;
* Adapt content for interactive media;
* Conduct system and application user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients;
