Willingness to reside at the Jaborandi/Ba farm. * Identify infrastructure failures on the farm, propose improvements, and implement appropriate solutions to meet the needs of the farm's headquarters and branch locations. * Address requirements for new implementations, projects, and testing, including physical installations, network deployment in new departments, infrastructure modifications, upgrades, integration of new market-available technologies, and operational testing to perform necessary adjustments. * Support and maintain IT hardware assets in full operation, including managing computers and mobile devices, printers, and their consumables supply, ensuring users greater comfort, security, and equipment availability through preventive maintenance. * Contact, coordinate, schedule, and receive telecommunications product and service providers, ISPs, developers, designers, platforms, and startups, evaluating each company's presentation and its respective safety and environmental standards, policies, philosophies, physical facilities, and on-site or remote support structure, guaranteeing implementation or delivery as stipulated or contracted. * Provide support for all infrastructure and usability-related questions concerning various tools, as well as support for landline telephony, e-mails, helpdesk ticket creation, and communication system queries, enabling departments to carry out their activities as effectively as possible. * Attend meetings when summoned by the immediate supervisor, staying informed about established needs and goals, reporting on work activities and results, and documenting any incidents or potential issues. * Participate in lectures, courses, and internal training sessions organized by the company to acquire additional knowledge for efficient and effective performance of duties. * Comply with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards, executing tasks according to defined procedures to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. * Basic knowledge of Power Supply, UPS, Switches, Antivirus, Windows 7 and 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Internet, Microsoft Active Directory, Communication Links, Hardware, Software, Email, among others. 2510310202231841496
