Maintenance Supervisor (Hospitality)
Ensure the full functionality of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing comfort, safety, and quality for guests and staff, with a focus on prevention and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, civil, air conditioning, etc.)
Coordinate the maintenance team (scheduling, task distribution, and follow-up)
Manage work orders and performance indicators (response time, recurrence rate, costs)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs) and health surveillance standards
Monitor service providers and technical contracts
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
High school diploma — Technical certification (Electrical, Electrotechnical, Refrigeration, or related fields) is a plus
