Responsibilities: * Calculate and remit statutory social and labor contributions owed by the company, such as INSS, FGTS, PIS/PASEP; * Analyze the employee time-tracking system, verifying clock-in/clock-out records, overtime hours, and absences; * Provide support to employees regarding payroll, vacations, leaves, absences, and other related matters; * Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, ensuring the company’s compliance with current laws and regulations, among other duties inherent to the position.
