Plan and conduct monthly lectures focused on employability **People Development Assistant** **Job Type:** * Permanent – CLT * 44 hours per week \- Monday to Saturday. **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and communicative professional to work at the **Grau Tecnológico Employment Agency**, providing active support to students in seeking job and internship opportunities, as well as promoting employability initiatives and industry partnerships. **Responsibilities:** * Provide **student support**, including recording and tracking interactions in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Prospect and maintain **partnerships with companies** to offer job and internship positions; * Refer students to opportunities matching their profiles and academic backgrounds; * Monitor key performance indicators and ensure achievement of the **monthly target for hired students**; * Plan and conduct **monthly lectures focused on employability**; * Organize and host the **Employability Fair** twice per year. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having interrupted **higher education** (mandatory); * Prior experience in service-providing companies or **customer service** (desirable); * Organization, proactivity, and strong interpersonal communication skills. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$28.00 per working day * Transportation allowance: R$11.00 per working day * Partnership agreements with SESC and SABIN **Additional Compensation:** * 13th salary * Performance-based incentive plan Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
