Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
* Active registration with CREA;
* Experience in industrial electrical systems, maintenance and/or projects in automotive stamping plants.
* In-depth knowledge of Brazilian standards (NR-10, NR-12, specific NBRs);
* Experience with stamping equipment, power systems, panels, PLCs, inverters, and automation;
* Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
* Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari/BA.
* Develop and oversee industrial electrical projects, ensuring technical compliance and operational safety. Conduct failure analysis, root cause studies, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
* Plan and optimize electrical maintenance, supporting teams during critical interventions.
* Specify electrical equipment, components, and systems, and supervise suppliers and installation processes. Monitor electrical performance indicators (energy consumption, availability, MTTR/MTBF) and implement improvements.
* Participate in commissioning of new presses, peripherals, and stamping lines. Ensure compliance with NR-10, NR-12, and applicable legislation.
* Support audits and continuous improvement programs.
* Responsible for planning equipment management documentation, analyzing equipment failure causes, formulating countermeasures, resolving complex electrical issues and critical points, and supervising equipment modifications;
* Execute procurement of spare parts for equipment and manage/optimize spare parts costs;
* Analyze energy consumption and develop measures to reduce energy expenses;
* Participate in evaluation, implementation, and validation of new installations and equipment.
