




Operations Coordinator Position Description: We are an accounting consulting firm focused on delivering strategic and customized solutions to our clients. We are seeking an **Operations Coordinator** to lead our teams and ensure excellence in service delivery, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise operational routines across accounting, tax, and/or payroll departments (as per internal structure). * Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and fulfillment of deliverables agreed upon with clients. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring process efficiency and quality. * Design, review, and standardize operational processes, proposing continuous improvements. * Serve as the primary contact point between internal teams and clients, promoting alignment and agile resolution of requests. * Manage resource allocation, task prioritization, and activity distribution. * Conduct follow-up meetings, training sessions, and team development activities. * Support senior management in decision-making by providing operational analyses and reports. **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in coordination or leadership roles within accounting firms or accounting consulting firms. * Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and/or payroll processes. * Strong team management and problem-solving skills. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Proficiency in management tools and accounting systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience implementing operational improvements or process optimization projects. * Familiarity with agile methodologies or process management tools. * Experience with performance metrics and dashboards.
