Job Summary:
The professional will install, configure, and provide in-person and remote support for computers, printers, and hospital software, performing preventive maintenance and equipment monitoring, as well as assisting in cyberattack prevention and system usage.

Install and configure new computers, printers, terminals, monitors, and hospital software. Provide in-person and remote support to hospital staff. Resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues encountered in daily hospital operations. Perform preventive maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and other devices. Monitor equipment and network performance to prevent outages. Implement measures to prevent viruses, malware, and potential cyberattacks. Assist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in using systems such as electronic health records (EHR) and hospital management (ERP) systems.
EXCLUSIVE POSITION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. Knowledge of Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and maintenance). Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi\-Fi, and structured cabling. Hardware diagnostics and component replacement (HDD, memory, cards, printers, etc.). Experience with tools such as GLPI, OTRS, Zendesk, or similar. Installation, configuration, and support for productivity applications. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Linux and macOS operating systems (installation, configuration, and maintenance). Familiarity with firewall administration. Antivirus, access control, backups, and security best practices.
