Pursue continuous improvement and process rationalization **Since 1995, Plotter Racks has been developing solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we seek a Process Assistant to support departmental routines, collaborating with information organization, demand tracking, and activity support. **Responsibilities:** a) Assist in the development and implementation of production lines; b) Assist in layout improvement and approval; c) Collect data to develop indicators impacting productive capacity in your area of responsibility (OEE control development); d) Provide support in conducting production capacity studies, optimizing production, eliminating bottlenecks, and developing value stream maps; e) Pursue continuous improvement and process rationalization; f) Assist in creating poka-yoke; g) Assist in developing equipment methods and mapping processes (Lean manufacturing, A3, Kanban, value stream mapping, FMEA, process flowcharts, organizational charts, control plans, and ITs); h) Assist in process parameterization; i) Time and analyze cyclic and acyclic manufacturing cycle times, record and analyze value and lead time across all processes; j) Assist in preparing technical documentation such as: SAP manufacturing routings, work instructions, machine setup plans, reaction plans, and respective technical documentation for the production process; k) Assist in developing tests and trials, reports, and documentation related to validation of new products and/or production issues, reporting results to the organization; l) Provide daily production support and support to process specialists, addressing all matters related to your production process; m) Assist in developing replacement parts and quality control devices; n) Monitor the creation and improvement of tools and facilities for the production area; o) Prepare quality documents (PDCA cycle, 5W2H, 8D, Pareto chart, Kaizen, SPC, Cpk, PQP, MSA, CEP, PPAP). **Requirements:** a) Completed high school education; b) Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge; c) Ability to work with spreadsheets and system data.
